with MCZ/Centrum in South Florida

NAPLES, FL (December 16, 2004) - Coral Hospitality, a full-service hospitality management company, announced that it has been retained by MCZ/Centrum to manage another new property, expanding the relationship to four within South Florida. Coral has begun property management for Jefferson Circle Condominiums, located in the heart of downtown Hollywood, and will oversee all operations, staffing and delivery of amenities and services for the condominiums.
Jefferson Circle Condominiums features 253 apartment units that are being converted to condominiums with luxurious amenities and services including a pool with jacuzzi, barbeque and picnic area, fully equipped fitness center, library and coffee bar, business center and conference room, parking, guest services, and resident clubhouse.
Christie Hill has been named as the Property Manager of this complex that was built in 2002. The décor and design evokes a distinct 1920's Deco theme with sleek and colorful touches. The 1 and 2-bedroom units are located in the heart of downtown Hollywood with restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, and leisure and business options within walking distance.
