Coral Beach Hotels & Clubs
Changes Name, Image and Enhances Product Offerings

Naples, FL (August 1, 2004) -- Coral Beach Hotels & Clubs has changed its name to Coral Hospitality, and created a new brand image to support the recent services and product expansion, as well as better reflect their primary mission as a full service hospitality management company.

For more than 16 years, Coral Hospitality has brought five-star management expertise to its portfolio of boutique hotels and golf and country clubs. The company's commitment to quality standards and a superior level of service has delivered maximum returns for its clients. In the past six months, Coral has expanded its portfolio to include new areas of hospitality management, including upscale condominiums and homeowner associations. As a result, company principals, John Ayres and Lee Weeks, decided to develop a new name and image that better reflects the company's full range of hospitality management capabilities.

"We realize that the elements that make up great hospitality also apply to other businesses. Whether you're sitting by the pool at your condo or checking in for a round of golf at the country club, we feel that the customer deserves the same polite and friendly service and attention to detail that we have always embraced in the hotel industry," comments John Ayres founder of Coral Beach Hotels & Clubs and CEO of Coral Hospitality.

The company's recent growth includes three new condominium hotel management contracts - The Wave Condominiums at Hollywood Beach, Sancerre in Naples, and The Cité in downtown Miami. In a move to expand the company outside of Florida, Coral recently acquired the management contract for Lake Blackshear Resort & Golf Club in Cordele, Georgia, formerly Lake Blackshear Resort and Golf Club. Plans call for management of additional properties in the area, supported by an Atlanta-based regional office.

A primary division of the organization is golf and country club management, beginning with a single golf club in 1999 and building to a portfolio of eight, including two community association management contracts of existing clubs. Growth plans include management and consulting for newly developed and existing golf and country club communities, mid-size hotels, and yacht clubs and marinas.

COO Lee Weeks adds, "At Coral Hospitality, we've developed a team with vision and experience that thrives on the opportunity to provide innovative management services to quality properties and organizations. Yet, perhaps our greatest achievement is our ability to build lifelong partnerships and friendships with our clients."

The entrepreneurial spirit that permeates the organization is the cornerstone of Coral Hospitality's success. Led by hospitality veterans, Ayres and Weeks, every member of the Coral Hospitality team is empowered to act proactively. Decisions are made on a local level so that guests, members and residents receive prompt, personal service.

Based in Naples, Florida, Coral Hospitality is an innovative full-service hospitality management company that is committed to owner, guest, member and employee satisfaction. This is derived from a philosophy dedicated to the establishment of a culture based on service and excellence that delivers proactive, profitable results. The company currently manages a portfolio of hotels, condominium resorts, golf and country clubs, yacht clubs, restaurants, and community associations.
