EcoGroup, Inc. retained Coral Hospitality to manage Sancerre's 23-unit luxury condominium residences located at 1801 Gulf Shore Boulevard North. Coral will oversee all operations, staffing and delivery of amenities and services for the 9-story beachfront building. Lou Grossi has been appointed General Manager, recently working with Hotel Escalante, also located in Naples.
Coral was tapped again by MCZ/Centrum, the developer of Cité, a 436-unit condominium residence located in the heart of the performing arts district at 19th and Biscayne Boulevard. Effective immediately, Peter Diaz has been appointed General Manager. Diaz comes from Continental Group, Ltd., a leading condominium management company. Coral Hospitality will oversee all operations, staffing and delivery of amenities and services. They also manage The Wave on Hollywood Beach condominiums for MCZ/Centrum.
