On Hollywood Beach' Condominiums

The company will oversee all operations, staffing and delivery of amenities and services for the 16-story oceanfront building. Effective immediately, Marvin Perez has been appointed General Manager. Additional staffing will include a new social director. A rental program is currently offered. Condominium sales will begin March 21.
